We're a small team seeking to improve financial inclusion through our products. We were on a call one day and realized how difficult it was to actually understand your crypto portfolio's "risk". There just hasn't been a way to quantify it, until now. One of our cofounders has been a professional risk manager and data engineer for decades - and we really wanted to fix this problem - so we built riskit :) We're excited for you guys to get your very own risk reports!

@kapilya thanks for your support! It's essentially a model that takes in certain arguments such as recent volatility, market cap, and circulating supply for each token and then weights them against the other tokens in your portfolio. For example, someone that has 1 ETH and 0.25 BTC won't get the same score as someone with 0.25 ETH and 0.25 BTC, it's all relative. @ricardoisv is the mastermind behind the model, so he can go into more detail :)

thanks @kapilya!! So currently we have a linear regression that takes variables from what we defined as 3 groups: volatility variables, market cap variables and token supply variables. We backtested our model with historic data and it came up pretty solid. We are developing more advanced models as well for different purposes like professional portfolio risk management, etc. Follow our socials for new feature releases in the coming weeks!
