Riley was built to help consumers navigate the "black box" of the U.S. healthcare system. It's really easy to use - just email riley@getravida.com.
We trained Riley on hundreds of real-world situations so that he can help even in highly nuanced situations.
Hey everyone! đź‘‹
Quick (kind of) story: When we were doing our customer discovery for our core product, we noticed most of them were just looking for a person, or place, to ask questions and get real advice on navigating the healthcare system in the U.S.
They resorted to friends and family, coworkers, because around 80% couldn’t get a comprehensive answer from their provider or health insurer. This culminates in a dehumanizing experience (Ravida’s mission is to make healthcare more humane btw) where people feel unintelligent, helpless, and gaslighted every step of the way.
Too much time on the phone. Too much of no one taking responsibility. Too many declined coverages without explanation. Too much overcharging or misapplying billing codes to the wrong treatments.
Another thing I thought it needed to be was portable. You can access Riley by simply sending it an email (text messaging and phone calls are coming). You don’t have to log in to anything. You aren’t locked into accessing it on our platforms. If you save the email or phone number in your contacts - you might not ever need to interact with Ravida at all. It's a "UI-less" product.
We trained Riley on a couple hundred real-world situations, and we’re adding more understanding to its training every day (fortunately the internet has a lot of people with questions about the healthcare system).
Sure you can go to ChatGPT, but there’s something different about working with our app. It understands the nuance of the consumer experience of healthcare. It gets that there is a difference between what is Googlable and what actually works when you just found out that your insurance isn’t going to cover that prescription you’ve been using for years because they dropped your primary care physician without notifying you.
Here's Riley.
