@antonybello7 is the per-user pricing different for portals? This would be the key issue for a lot of our use cases.
@nathan_clevenger Right now, external users cost the same as end users on our Business plan, but there's high variance in how our customers price their products, or they might not price them at all. We use Retool extensively at CustomerGlu and one thing we've felt lacking is a higher degree of design customizability to match the dashboard to the brand. Happy to see this update and can't wait to give this a try!

@tatiana_stronskaya Hi Tatyana! Details in our docs, but the short of it is that Retool Portals is a way to take existing Retool applications and expose them to your customers. The same Retool principles around app building still apply:
1. Connect to your data sources and APIs
2. Use our flexible drag-and-drop UI builder with prebuilt component to build your UI
3. Wire up your logic with a little bit of JS and SQL
Here's our quickstart guide on building the apps. Depending on where you'd want to go (Embed or Portals), you could embed the application in existing tools, or whitelabel your Retool organization to let Retool serve as the portal itself. Hope that helps!

4. Training and Certification Program: Consider providing a certification program for developers.
