Retention Factory - Increases repeat business with hyper-targeted email

I've had the pleasure of being able to follow Tim and his progress on Retention Factory for a while now. Everybody *knows* they should be doing more with email and then it takes a product like this to really put all the pieces into place and get things moving - highly recommended.
