This is a great product for the CEO of an 5-10 person company who wants to grow (but lacks the funds to hire a full time recruiter). I've watched many startup CEO's spend their entire day trying to recruit new employees, rather than focusing on their current customers and the product itself. Like any marketplace, it remains to be seen if there is enough demand to make this a real company, but I like the idea.
