I'm curious, from someone with a recruitment background where typically tools are near free and the spend is on promotion campaigns to boost visibility. The jump from 0$ on a free plan to $249/mo feels quite steep. Can you justify the value there for me for 2 other job postings with unlimited VS 200 candidates. I would hope after sifting through 200 I'd be able to find a few to shortlist. Just want to wrap my head around the pricing decisions and your ideal consumer base!
