It allows you to cut the support handle time and be more productive, focused, and efficient while making your user happy. We are happy to release our new Zendesk integration. Making the Record experience faster, easier, and smoother by running everything from one place your support OS. Use the Record <> Zendesk integration to ask users to record their issues directly from the ticket conversation or use Record special button to let your users open a new ticket with the recording included and start the conversation from where it should start. We are glad that we have the opportunity to lead the future of customer support, especially regarding the customer-facing aspect of this experience. I believe that the Product Hunt community is assembled of executives and various leaders from support to product that can give us valuable feedback that will help us to do the necessary refinement needed to go from being good to beyond great. With that being said, thank you in advance. Without your initial support, 3 months ago we wouldn’t even be here to push things even further by releasing this new Zendesk integration. Like every maker in this community, we also believe in providing added value so here are some facts that you can learn from: 1. A support Ticket is still called a ticket even though we are in the digital age. This serves as a reminder of the ticket we had to take when we were waiting to get served in line and worked as our identifier. 2. Zendesk by far is the most used Ticket system serving approximately 200K companies. 3. Our logo has 3 different components the circle represents the old record marked, the lines represent the product we capture not a full screen, and the R symbolizes the name Record. This looks really promising. We had this big issue of actually understanding what the issue was at our last company. We had an application for doctors who didn't have enough time to come on the call and explain their problem in detail - so they would end up telling just the gist of it. And our teams would then spend some time trying to reproduce the issue. And coincidentally we were using zendesk. So I could instantly connect with this. Congrats on the PH launch.
