Eve — Event management made simple and intelligent

2
•

Eve allows event organisers to work similarly to how they currently work, but together in a simple online platform with deep data and risk analysis. Eve simplifies and automates a lot of the event management process - Automatic location scouting done in seconds rather than weeks, real-time notifications as issues occur. Better events, less risk.

Event management doesn't need to be so complicated. Events are created by huge teams of very talented people, it should be easier for them to work together. We're primarily software developers, but over the past 5 years our team have been working part of the year in managerial roles at events, large and small. It is one of the most stressful jobs in the world, requiring months of manual planning, with what feels like a million emails and phone calls; yet something will always go wrong. Aside from revenue and attendance numbers, it's very hard to figure out what made the event so successful, and how to improve on that in future events. We started working on prototypes just to make our own jobs easier; generating bar orders automatically based on attendance, digitising the sign-in sheet and accreditation pickup process, keeping better track of incidents on site - and these are just a few. These made small parts of our jobs easier, and our colleagues in the industry were asking to use it too, so we set out to create a real solution for the industry - Eve. We've been working alongside leaders in the events industry over the past year, to proudly release Eve on ProductHunt today. Processes usually completed manually on paper or in emails, can now be automated and easily collaborated on - no more lost sign-in sheets or stage plans, just better events. Events are such a naturally data-heavy process, a primary focus of ours is to analyse this data to massively reduce an events exposure to risk. Being able to forecast when a potential issue might happen and notify them of it - even something as simple as an early notification of a change in weather at an outdoor event could save thousands of dollars. In true event fashion, we're currently offering our Earlybird ticket to Eve at a reduced rate of $199 per month, with unlimited users and events, for users signing up before the 30th April. We'd love to get your feedback, here to answer any questions you might have : )
