Hey PH! I'm Derek, co-founder & CEO of Py. Today we're excited to launch Py for Work on Product Hunt. When it comes to technical hiring, we believe that people should be given the opportunity to demonstrate their skills through fun and challenging assessments. The Py for Work platform enables companies to administer flexible technical evaluations using multiple choice questions, programming problems and even larger projects. If you're company is hiring engineers, check out Py for Work! We'd love to hear what you think!

Huge fan of Py's courses. This seems like an awesome way to administer take home interview questions. What sort of analytics does Py give you on the hiring side?

@jamesonthecrow1 Thanks for the comment, Jameson, and great question! We're actually just about to release an analytics feature set, which will let you view at important metrics that help you benchmark new candidates. Stats like question score distribution and median time taken to complete evaluations are just a couple of the metrics we provide to assist you in making better, data-driven hiring decisions.

Looks great! We are also soon launching our product that will help hire sales people through skills assessments that will check whether they can do the job before they do the job as we strongly feel that there needs to be an holistic evaluation for non-technical skills as well apart from the technical skills that great product like yours test.
