As the dad of 2 large dogs, this is definitely enticing. One question—I'm 6'2", so it looks like I'd still have to bend over. Are the arms adjustable to account for taller people?

@krisryanwhite Hey Kris, we are actually working on creating even taller version. The arms are not adjustable in this model.

@krisryanwhite Hey Kris, I'm excited to tell you that we created a extratall version of PooPail. It has extra tall 87 cm / 34" inch handle, you won’t have to bend over even a little. :)

Hey there product hunters! I’m Sandy, the founder of PooPail! Really excited to be here and get to know you all. 🤩 The idea of PooPail came to me a few years ago, when I had two dogs and a large backyard. Like most dog parents, I very much enjoy spending time with my pups, but having to deal with all the extra poop was something that I thought could be handled better. Having to bend over all the time, then do a trash run (about 28 times a week) to take care of all of the poop seemed excessive. I tried different contraptions, including various pooper-scoopers to solve all my issues. Some of them would simply break up the poop, while others would actually pick it up but not solve the issue of storing it. None of them seemed to really take care of the real problems: - Constant bending to pick up poop 💩 - Storing the poop to dispose of it altogether, instead of making many trips to trash bins 🐾 - Dealing with the poop smell 👃 I figured there was a better way, so I made PooPail, the first 2-in-1 system for scooping and storing dog poop! First things first, we’ve addressed the issue of stooping over: featuring a convenient scoop design, PooPail allows you to push the poop right into the pail without having to uncomfortably bend over. The poop’s gone with just a flick of the wrist! As a scuba diver, I also saw first-hand the issues of single-use plastic bags. Not wanting to add to the problem, we developed the PooPail refill bags that are biodegradable and compostable but still last a week in moist conditions. In fact, the bags are certified by TÜV AUSTRIA—an authorized body certified by European Bioplastics— to guarantee complete biodegradability and compostability. Once the poop is in the pail, you can leave it there for up to a week. With its huge storage capacity (4 Gallons), PooPail gives you the option of choosing when it’s most convenient to take the poop to the garbage bins. Until then it will store many smelly leftovers under a compactly sealed lid to save you from the stench. So not only does PooPail make the picking-up process easier, but it also saves you loads of time and effort. And more importantly, it saves you from the landmines in your backyard! I’m super excited to share this product I created for my backyard with many more dog parents. Write to me below and I’ll be happy to answer any of your questions!
