This pain affected my productivity and concentration. Even though I was actively involved in sports, the sedentary lifestyle was the root of the problem. I consulted with my trainer and eventually went to the hospital where I received pills and massages. However, I knew that this was not a sustainable solution. Years ago, I had heard about the Pomodoro technique and had even used it. So, I decided to return to using this technique regularly while working on my laptop.
