Ply portals are powerful form-like experiences that are connected to your data in real time. Combine your processes, AI and business logic to make your ideal customer workflows. No coding required.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
Super excited to introduce Portals by Ply: powerful form-like experiences that are connected to your data in real time. Portals are like if forms and workflows had a baby, so you can build the forms of your dreams. Combine data from any source, complex logic and AI - no coding required.
Play around with blueprints
A live side-by-side demo of portals and how they run in real time:
▶️ https://go.ply.io/gated-content (simple)

You can publish your own blueprints too :)
How Portals are different from forms in a nutshell:
◾ Not just questions, answers too - Portals have a two-way integration with your apps.
◾ Personalize based on data - ask the right questions and route customers based on data from your CRM, enrichment platform, database, or anywhere else.
◾ Your own AI solutions - extract, categorize, and summarize data, and generate personalized questions or answers.
◾ Process complex data - collect, map, clean, and loop through entire tables of data. Portals are built on a powerful workflow engine.
◾ Embed mini-apps - Let your customers schedule in Calendly, edit a Google Doc, checkout with Stripe, or record a Loom.
◾ Serious event tracking - Send custom events to your ads, analytics platform, marketing automation tool, or CDP with Ply’s visual event mapper.
🛡️ Security first - aligned with the strictest standards (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001), enterprise-ready (SSO, PII filtering, volatile data model).
We’d love (love!) to know what you think — please share feedback, ideas, use cases, and questions :)
Hey @gilad_uziely, absolutely! You can add URL parameters to your portal's run URL and define how they are used in the workflow. These are great if you want to personalize the portal experience for each customer because you can pass in pieces of data, like customer name or ID, into the link you send them.
Check out this page from our docs for more info 😊: https://docs.ply.io/build-featur...
@nadav_saadia our Code Helper with AI lets you run Javascript code in the background / "in the cloud" as a step in your portal's workflow.
This is useful if there's a custom data manipulation that you want to achieve in one step, without using our prebuilt data helpers. It supports the Javascript Fetch API, so you can use it to perform custom API interactions, e.g. multiple API calls in one step or paginating through results.
It comes with an AI assistant that can help generate code for you. Just map in workflow values and describe what you want the code to do, and the assistant generates JS code for you to use.

This looks awesome! I wanted to ask: the branding placement on paid plans is a bit unclear with the images you provide on the pricing page. Is Pry/Portals branding on all the paid plans?
@mattisinfact
You found a bug in our pricing page - they all have the same image in the comparison table🤦♂️
Until we fix it, here are screenshots:
Free - https://ibb.co/fDRtySV (Full branding + thank you screens also have a "create your own" button)
Launch - https://ibb.co/H2zh8Xn (Less branding)
Engage/grow - https://ibb.co/dkxRNVp (Minimal)
Optimize/Enterrprise - https://ibb.co/4R3GxJz (whitelabled)
@samalyx Ply has prebuilt AI helpers for common functions you'll want to add to your portal, including parsing structured info out of free text and answering questions based on workflow data.
You can use these AI helpers to guide users along different branches of steps (e.g. deciding if they're eligible for a refund or not), or to speed up data intake (e.g. automatically parsing all of the key details in an uploaded document and prefilling them into a form).

PS, we also have integrations with many major AI APIs, such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Stable Diffusion, and more 😉
@matan_kleyman Hey there, all of our mini-apps are added as steps to a workflow. No coding is required. Currently, we have mini-apps that connect to Calendly, HubSpot, Google Docs, and Stripe, but we're planning to add more.
Curious to hear which apps you'd be interested in using in a portal workflow.
Huge congrats to the Ply team on today's launch of Portals! I love how you've merged AI, real-time data, and no-code functionality to supercharge customer workflows. Here's a curious question: Can Portals integrate with existing CRM systems, or is that on the roadmap?
@ytross Congratulations on the launch of Portals! I’m curious about the AI integration. How does it enhance the user experience, particularly in terms of data processing and personalization? Looking forward to learning more about its capabilities!
So, not only does Portals look amazing, but this may be the best launch video I've seen on PH! 🤣 But seriously - this looks incredible and I'm very much looking forward to checking it out. Congrats on a killer launch, @ytross and team!
Looks very promising, any example of how can I leverage this product over my current form builder which is monday.com work forms?
In particular the AI features. I run a online language business?
