Being a product manager for 20 years. I tried every tool from spreadsheets to Microsoft Project to Asana to JIRA to Aha! and everything in between. I am sure most product managers still work in spreadsheets because either some tools are good for project management or others are good for engineering management. So, I build Penome based on first principles of product management i.e. Goals, levers that move the needle and measure each lever using a contribution score. Keep it simple to focus on feedbacks and then map feedbacks to each epic while keeping ruthless prioritization in the front. The best possible thing that can happen to any product is to have a monthly rolling roadmap. Also, added AI to help augment requirements within given framework that learns from the existing set of requirements.
