Congrats on your launch 🥳. Shared with my newphews. Cute avatars, and one of the amazing use-case for GPT-4 I have seen. Its great to see how you can create personalized experiences. What are your future plans for app features? Would you be expanding just on bed-time stories or looking to add other interesting things?

We will add a feature to share your stories publicly soon! Right now the focus will be on the bedtime stories, but we'll see what the future holds :)

Oscar is a well designed story telling app for kids with cute characters as protagonists. My 7y old approves of it.

I found Matt & Dima while I was lurking on Twitter - and boy! They've made the app I always wanted.
I'm a storyteller at heart - I'm the Dungeon Master for my home game for the past 3-4 years and I love telling stories. But, when I had to tell stories to my li'l girl, I was stuck.
I did muck about with ChatGPT to make something, but there was too much friction.
I bit the bullet and tried out Oscar and within seconds, it gave me a solid story that I could read out to my baby girl.
In fact, the story was so good, that my baby girl - who I called 'my little goblin', declared herself to be 'the li'l witch'.
Stories are powerful.
With Oscar, they are easy too.

I'm super happy to see Oscar on Product Hunt. I don't have kids, but Oscar makes me want them! :D Amazing work, guys! It's absolutely brilliant to see that kids can create a world of their own every night. I love it.

@marko_d_ Yes, we are.. Its just that we need to test the stories first. Since our main product ist the story, we always need to make sure that it makes sense when written in another language. GPT-4 is extremely good already, but still makes mistakes here and there if it writing in another language than English.
