Orbit — Mission control for your community

Hey everyone! I'm Community Lead at Orbit and I write The Observatory newsletter. Those who know me understand that I adore all things community building. I really believe in the future of community that Orbit is building. 💜

Clearly this launch went well based on the fact that I was unable to add the discord bot required for the integration as its in 100 servers and not yet verified. Congrats ?makers , but plz ser, contact discord to get the bot situated. <3

Orbit is the tool I use for my Twitter (shocking I know :D ) and I sneak peak into our server analytics. Their data doesn't feel confusing or overwhelming. Just things you can act on and improve in your community. 10 out of 10 recommend for any discord community.

Hey folks, I'm one of the founders of Orbit, and I'm happy to answer any questions about the product, founding a startup, or building community-driven companies. We onboarded nearly 3,000 users during our beta, and fed those learnings right back into the product, so I'm super excited to get more ideas and feedback from the PH community!

Hi everyone! Creators and companies alike are increasingly understanding the strategic value of community to grow their audience or their business. But given the fragmented nature of communities today, it's difficult for community builders to know what’s working and what’s not across all the channels they use. Orbit gives you a complete view of your community, no matter where your members are engaging, and equips you with tools to proactively engage members and key segments. The best discovery I've made in months for my open-source project Leapp. Orbit is definitely the best way I found to track and reward members inside the community! Also, the orbit Blog is rich in content and technics to improve community-building skills

Hey! @rosiesherry this looks great! We are a small but growing SaaS startup about to launch soon on Product Hunt, and we're building a community on Reddit too! However I wasn't able to find any mention of that here? Will Reddit be supported any time soon? Further, will it be possible to link individual conversations in a community for example, to issues in Linear or tasks in Asana?

Hi everyone! I am new to Product hunt and came across Orbit. I signed up as a user and I absolutely loved the design and interface because it is very clean and easy to use. Although I had a question regarding the motivation behind providing a feature of Github integration in the product, is it because Orbit is also targeting tech companies/startups as potential customer base?

Been a fan of this team since meeting some of them at events around San Francisco. Big fan of their work prior (Keen, Algolia, etc). Great to see this hitting the Product Hunt world!

There are few folks I've learned that truly *get* community. It's something that's hard to describe, doesn't scale, is time and labor-intensive. The Orbit team gets community. And they're continuing to invest their time and energy in the people who truly get community, incorporate user feedback so heavily, and educate others on what it means to have healthy communities. Congrats to all the team! So well deserved!
