Hey Product Hunt! Have you ever got stuck in the endless loop of product scoping and requirement gathering?
I'm Nijansh, the co-founder of OpenGig, and I'm thrilled to be launching the beta version of our PM Agent - An AI Product Manager here on Product Hunt!
💡 Why PM Agent?
Attends all meetings with you (Online/Offline) and keeps track of all the product ideas discussed.
Is perfect at classifying feature discussions in the meetings. No more back & forth hassle for product requirement gathering.
Generates Meeting summary, PRD, and Plans sprints in Real Time.
Generates a detailed product roadmap with task priority, estimates, acceptance criteria, all in Minutes instead of weeks!
All it needs is your expert supervision.
Our vision:
Product Strategy + Task Management + Notetaker + AI in one place so all you need is an IDE to start coding!
No more switching between 10 tools, for note taking, task management, PRD creation, and sprint planning.
We help Product Teams know exactly what they should be working on next.
Our PM Agent will make Product Teams launch 10x faster.
What makes us different?
There are many SOTA code generation tools, but the output from these tools relies on a well-crafted PRD/Product roadmap/Plan of action, and there is no AI for that.
PM Agent is the perfect combination of Project management tools like JIRA + Meeting note takers like Otter + ChatPRD in a simple UI that our early users can’t stop talking about.
PM Agent + Cursor/Replit/Lovable/Bolt is the perfect combination for VIBE CODING!
🎁 Special Launch Offer!
To celebrate our MVP launch, we’re giving everyone:

I see many people are facing difficulty in understanding how does PM Agent handle complex discussions or conflicting requirements during meetings to ensure accurate and actionable Product Requirement Documents?
Here's an answer:
We have imlemented meeting transcription processing pipeline which distill relevant information in four steps:
1. Information Distillation
Most often, meetings may have noise rather than useful signals, to distill relevant information, we tag each line in multiple categories and recognize useful NERs.
2. Clustering
Once relevant information is extracted, it clusters similar infomation together. e.g scattered mentions of the same task (e.g., "login bug" discussed 5x).
Organizes everything into topics (like "Pricing Page Updates").
3. Feature complexity and priority Estimation
Ranks priorities: "Fix checkout error" > "Update homepage banner".
If anything ambigous statement comes up, we are planning to red flagged it so that the team can revisit or review it.
4. Ready-to-Go Sprint Plan
Breaks work into subtasks
Builds a 2-week sprint for now
Congratulations on launching PM Agent! It sounds like an incredibly innovative tool for streamlining product management tasks and ensuring alignment among stakeholders.
Small question: how does PM Agent handle complex discussions or conflicting requirements during meetings to ensure accurate and actionable Product Requirement Documents?
OpenGig
@pekingzcc Thankyou so much George for your comment!
Coming back to your question: It hears all the discussions, differentiates the voices and classify them as a "Speaker". Now this transcription serves as a fodder to generate a detailed summary! This then is processed further to create a structured PRD.

This would be superuseful to translate discovery and sprint calls into useful task features and sub tasks in minutes. In traditional software delivery, this process can take weeks to come up with good feature estimation for any sprint.
Feels Futuristic the way it transforms all the conversations into actionable items ✨
Thats impressive! Good job team, you've built such a handy tool ❤️
OpenGig
@6201_casey Thanks Casey! I'm sure your friends would love it too!
Which languages are supported? Congrats on the launch!
OpenGig
@michael_vavilov While it supports multiple languages but works best with English.
Awesome product. I would suggest listing the features on the homepage as well, not just in the video. Having a video is nice but a lot users prefer to just scroll and stop on what they need and like
@mzkvisuals Thank you so much for your feedback. We will incorporate this in our release next week!
Sounds cool! But How does the tool handle conflicting feedback or ambiguous requirements during live discussions?
OpenGig
@mia618601587321 Thanks Mia for comment
The tool resolves conflicts by clustering discussions into coherent topics (e.g., repeated "login bug" mentions) and ranking priorities/complexities automatically. It then converts these insights into a structured sprint plan with subtasks and timelines, ensuring clarity amid ambiguity.

Having the team be able to talk and not have to take moments to write things down and have ideas naturally will definitely be a big plus!
Question : does this integrate with tools like jira & asana or do you just have to port them over afterwards? Would love to talk more about this product with your team I see this as a massive plus for team productivity and might be able to integrate it into my own for additional automation, let me know if you guys are available to talk some time!
Ps. goes without saying but congrats on the great product and launch!
Thank you so much @alan_rivera. Yes we are working on and integration with Jira for our next release. We will also add Asana to the list. I would love to speak sometime next week. Let me know if some time from here works for you - https://calendly.com/aman-opengig
This is awesome! I've always have trouble with things I say orally disappearing, and it's been inconvenient. I'm excited to see how many amazing products can come from this! I'll hire this agent for my team.
super slick idea, nijansh. Love how you’re cutting out the chaos from product scoping. how does PM Agent handle conflicting feature priorities from different stakeholders in real-time?
Thank you so much@andrew_white_13 This is good feedback for us. Currently we dont handle conflicting feature priorities from different stakeholder. We prioritize tasks based on certain metrics and coherent priorities discuss in the meeting.
But I see how useful handling this edge case of conflicting requirements among stakeholders can be. We will pick this up for our upcoming release.

This is such a cool idea—finally, a tool that can manage product discussions, turn them into actionable plans, and save all that back-and-forth in meetings! I'm curious, how does the PM Agent handle more complex product features or requirements that might need a bit more context or explanation?
Thank you so much@jonurbonas! There is an option to add more context about the project while creating it, or you can add later from resources. You can add links to Documents or upload one. Let us know if there is anything else we can add to make the product better :)
Can't wait, gotta try it ASAP! Such a great AI....
OpenGig
Thankyou so much@subhadip_sikdar
Congratulations, OG team! The PM agent is an excellent addition to the toolkit.
With this tool in place, I believe stakeholders can devote more time to refining their product and idea strategies, while the AI takes care of the important yet repetitive tasks.
I have a quick question:
Does the agent also capture and share other key insights from meetings, even if they aren’t directly related to PRD or sprint planning? Often, good ideas shared in meetings can be useful later for product development, strategy, or overall improvement. So just curious!
Hey @hemanth_kolluru, your support means a lot! Thank you 🙌🏼
Yes, we do capture other insights as well in meeting summary just like any note takes which can be referred later. It's just that we specifically mark all discussion related to product requirements in the backend for effectively generating a sprint plan from these notes.
Krater.ai
Clean interface. Congrats on the launch team 🪄
Thank you so much @maltepruser . I Hope PM Agent will be valuable for you!
Fedica
Having an AI buddy that sits in meetings, sums up all the ideas, and turns them into a real plan is pretty cool. I love that I don’t have to jump between a bunch of apps - just one place to get my notes, to-do list, and next steps. This could totally free up my brain so I can focus on big-picture stuff. Congrats on the launch!
Thank you so much for those kind words @jonwesselink 🙌🏼
OpenGig
Thank you so much @bradharrs . Yes we'll keep improving the use case by integrating it to multiple other tools in our next updates. Prime goal has always been to make our users more productive!
Our tool is very efficient in Information Distillation and classification. In a nutshell, yes it can hold voice to voice brainstorms.
Whoa! This sounds like an Agent that I'd love to hire to my team. Congrats on the launch, can't wait to try it in my next meeting!
OpenGig
Thanks, Aaron! Would love to hear your thoughts on it.
Its a good tool overall but UI looks more impressive to me. Congrats for launch!🔥
Awesome product! Congratulations \( ̄▽ ̄)/
