It has been great working with Onsurity. What inspired and kept me going is the vision to "Democratise the employee healthcare experience for Indian businesses for their work family". When I joined I wanted to make it possible and Onsurity Credits is a small steps toward it. Anyone with 3+ team members can get Onsurity benefits that is healthcare and wellness benefits under one app. Folks, support the product which is bridging healthcare and technology and making healthcare more accessible.

We use Onsurity for all our employees at KraftPixel; From the management perspective this has solved: 1. Insurance allocation and expiry: The problem of expiry of employee insurance due to no autorenewal availability in the traditional space; Onsurity's platform solves this embarrassment completely 2. Superior support - there is greatly reliable help available from the Onsurity team. Can trust that these guys truly have our back. 3. Peaceful UI/UX: No jargons, very good navigation and peace of mind while using the platform 4. Cost-effectiveness: Try beating their per employee pricing; you'll most usually fail if you try. Having spend more than 17yrs and observing small & emerging businesses as a segment closely, employee healthcare was one wide open gap which existed. Pandemic only exposed that a bit more. I am glad that Onsurity took this up on themselves and build one of the finest platforms catering to the small & emerging businesses. Here is what really caught my fascination : - Monthly subscription approach which unlocked the working capital - Access to teams as small as 3 member - #OnsurityCredit program for the start-ups of this country so that they can build a culture of health amongst their employees right at the start - Inclusion of off-roll & contractual staff in the same plan - Dedicated claims concierge for assistance is like a boon ( experience is what matters in the end) - Adding entire dependent families - spouse, kids, parents, in-laws & siblings ( which is one of its kind) Kudos to the team and feel proud to be part of this family and contribute in my little manner.
