Nudge Security curbs shadow IT / SaaS sprawl risks across modern organizations. It discovers new cloud and SaaS resources as they are created and "nudges" employees make smarter security decisions (e.g., enable MFA) instead of blocking SaaS access altogether.

Hi! Danielle here with Nudge Security. We know hunters and makers love to try out new SaaS tools, but your IT security team probably hates that. SaaS sprawl and shadow IT are big security problems. OTOH, we know firsthand how frustrating it is when security blocks access to SaaS on the corporate VPN or makes you wait weeks to for permission to use new products. We're changing this broken system. Conventional IT security just hasn't kept up with the way we all work today: from multiple locations, on multiple devices, using loads of SaaS products. It's led to frustrated employees and on the security side: complexity, shadow IT, and supply chain attacks like those at Twilio, Signal, Mailgun, and Uber. We're leaning into behavioral psychology to make security work for modern work. Here's how: Unlike security tools that block SaaS access, Nudge Security discovers when employees create new SaaS assets and automatically nudges them towards desired choices. It continuously discovers historical and new SaaS assets without relying on network infrastructure, endpoint agents, browser extensions, or SaaS API integrations, taking only minutes to set up. Nudges provide real-time, highly contextual info: helpful tips (turn on MFA), instructions (start SSO enrollment), and advice (Hey, Monday user, did you know that most of your colleagues are already using Asana?) Ultimately, it's a less stressful, non-disruptive process for employees and security teams alike. Plus, it can help with SOC 2, employee offboarding, Okta projects, and more. I'll be honest, I'm not sure how many hunters here are into cybersecurity, so if you are, please comment, and try out the product. Thanks!

Would you be interested in any collaborations? We might have some synergies in our tools. We will be launching soon. @danielle_at_nudgesecurity

Very into cyber security so I will try this out. Many people who purchase lifetime deals often have hundreds of account logins and tools linked to their domain. To make security matters worse- people often resell deals or share login access- creating a cyber security nightmare. I often wonder if it is best to create a separate email for trials and if I should delete dormant accounts of tools I no longer use instead or repeatedly resetting the password

Is it possible to test this without signing up with google? I prefer to use an email login vs google

@kristen_ruby thanks so much for your interest! You're spot on -- SaaS identity sprawl is a security nightmare. We don't allow username / password logins. Nudge Security connects to your M365 or Google Workspace account, and you'll need to connect it to a corporate account. No personal accounts right now. TY!

cool idea!
