@iaroslav_medvedev looks like a solid product. I was wondering what the user experience is like for random users, as it seems to mostly be targeted at your own internal stakeholders? I would love to gather feedback from users and find a way to introduce the concept of in context feedback to them automatically. More thoughts here: https://youtu.be/RVtYpHFDtmA
Thank you so much for a teardown, @frank_denbow, we watched it with our team yesterday!
As you said in the video, for now our tool is mainly positioned as a tool for internal feedback exchange. Digital agencies use not8 for user feedback collection as well, but I agree that the fact that the user has to download the extension creates an additional barrier, that's why we do have a widget in our roadmap. Basically, you will just have to install it on your website, switch ON and you can start collecting user feedback straightaway.

In today's featured products, this one is my favorite.
Prompt feedback is extremely important, the earlier the better.
Also, I'm curious about the meaning behind the name 'not8'?
@bonvisions thank you for the kind words :)
Our product name is pronounced as "notate" and the idea is that with not8 you can annotate your website or app 😊
not8 has already been useful for my tasks, and I expect AI co-pilot eagerly, it may become a really breaking feature for the product. Thank you and good luck 🙌
Congratulations on the launch. Teams do spend a lot of time in vain on reviews. It's a significant problem and a financial drain. It's important to consider the product. In any case, best of luck! You guys are doing great!
The revamped version of not8, is impressive! The UI is sleek, and the features are intuitive. The integration with various tools is a game-changer for efficient collaboration. Are there any upcoming features you're particularly excited about introducing to not8?
Congrats on the Launch! Got a few questions, What specific challenges or pain points in collaborative product improvement processes led to the development of Not8's all-in-one tool? Could you provide examples of real-world scenarios where features like team chat, video comments, and co-browsing have proven particularly impactful? Additionally, how did user feedback and needs shape the decision to integrate seamlessly with tools such as JIRA, ClickUp, and Slack, and what benefits do these integrations bring to your users?
@zayan_riyaz thank you for the questions. Let me rephrase - you're basically asking (1) what problem we are solving? (2) what the use cases are? (3) why did we add integrations and how they are helpful.
(1) Problem
From the moment any website, platform or app is released pretty much until the moment the business is shut down the product is constantly refined and improved by a team of developers, designers, QAs, marketers and product managers.
There are 2 ways to review the product:
a) synchronous, such as calls - but they are time consuming
b) asynchronous, such as messages - which often lack context
With not8 you get the best of both worlds - it turns any website or app you are building into a collaborative space where you can chat with your team using text and video notes. It is a 10X faster way of product review than calls, and the context is always crystal clear, because every note is attached to the relevant issue.
(2) Use cases
not8 can be used by any team for design & content review, user feedback collection, bug tracking, and product management.
(3) Integrations
We support integrations with Jira, Trello, Asana and 5000+ other tools, so all notes can be instantly converted into tasks, which saves product teams a lot of time.
