@francois_carlier It is using ChatGPT Realtime API, audio to audio solution so the latency is very low (under 500 mili seconds). It can also inject emotional tone into the voice, very human like. It can handle all comlex queries on customer assistance with easy training and on boarding process. Thanks!

I think the idea of Sarah being able to qualify leads is brilliant - I don't receive a whole bunch of calls although I'd love the chance to have a conversation & see what's possible.
