The Motion Portrait apps used to do that 10 years ago, when I got my first smart device. They were great fun! I am a bit reluctant to create an account but I might. The motion portrait apps are terrible nowadays for some reason.
Don't switch your user's display language for your public website without any user input, especially based on geolocating an IP when you don't have a complete translation for the target language.
Hmm didn't work for me... "An error occured" the 4 or 5 first times and then it asked me to upgrade to Premium...

@chrismessina It made my 88-year-old cousin cry, in a good way. I pasted in a photo of her (and my mother's) Uncle Frank, and my cousin said it really brought him back to life.
...and it's also creepy as hell.
But I'll take the happy-and-fun element first!
Update: though an error keeps coming up on google chrome - it works fine and smoothly on firefox. So i'm thinking it's either a chrome issue (or an extension incompatibility) since I use a lot of extensions. Either way: too bad! Hope this gets addressed.
Great feature! It also helps to "connect" with late relatives, that we never had the chance to meet. Great thumb up!
Unfortunately it keeps giving me an error when I upload a photo. Tried like 5 photos.
@thisisjad Same here. Fixed by creating a family page. Browser Developer Tools hinted at it. Works fine now :-)
P.S.: Just create an empty family page, no need to put anything else in there.
I wish it wouldn't zoom in so close to the face... it made some retro styled pics I shot 11 years ago look absolutely eerie!

I saw this years ago on the movie "Weird Science" where the main kid's parents suddenly came to life in the photo frame.... weird science in deed.
