💬 Here is the story
In building Morgen, we collected a wealth of feedback along the way.
From features requests, help tickets, and conversations we noticed how varied and unique each person’s and team’s workflows are when it comes to time management.
One person might want to create a new to-do every time a colleague schedules a meeting with them. Another might want to send a reminder message in Slack listing what everyone will be responsible for in the meeting. Some teams may feel likes meetings are at war with their focused time. They can automate intelligent rescheduling of flexible meetings to optimize focused work for everyone.
Yet most time management solutions and AI assumes the same set of workflows work for every team and every person.
That’s why TimeTo isn’t another calendar. Instead, it’s the missing point of customization where teams can decide what they want to automate to amplify the way they work.
These guiding principles shaped TimeTo’s architecture and design:
Modular: Our off-the-shelf automations can be enabled in a few clicks. You can deploy one or many, depending on your team’s setup and needs.
Hackable: Every automation can be customised. You can even code one from scratch using our expressive APIs.
Universal: Not everyone relies on Google Calendar. TimeTo works with all your calendars and task managers.

@marco_ancona2 I see ClickUp listed here in your screenshot. Is this a direct integration? Is it only available in TimeTo? I don't see it in Morgen (not counting Zapier).
@marco_ancona2 I agree in a nutshell it’s same maths, but when I read “artificial intelligence” I don’t expect deterministic algorithm with set of if-else under the hood
@alexey_yar Ultimately it's a mixture of different approaches, depending on the specific workflow that is activated. For example, for the calendar sync we use a simple deterministic algorithm, for optimising for focus time we solve an optimisation problem (this is deterministic to some extent but definitely not as easy as a sequence of if-else). Other workflows do have a learning component, for example automatic task scheduling is tuned on past scheduling patterns.

Since I started working, I have experienced the constant loss of time due to inefficient work planning and idle time during synchronisation between team members. I am really looking forward to try out TimeTo. I am confident that it will enhance our work experience.

Congratulations on the launch, everyone! This is definitely something most team needs! This will definitely save time doing standups and assigning daily tasks to everyone. It has a lot of potential, especially for a very on-the-go team like ours!
First of all, congrats on the product hunt launch. It looks promising, given that Morgen is available for most platforms. I have tried some project management systems, but over time, I switched to pen and paper due to the overwhelming features.
How morgen's new features will be different from other platforms?
@dineshan_sithamparanathan thanks for the questions. In terms of features, there are other platforms that have a mix of some of the features we'll be offering for sure. That said, our approach is very much about letting teams customize the automations that reflect how they work and then layering those onto the calendars and tools they already use (whether Morgen is in their stack or not). In this way, TimeTo is more like a 'zapier of time' - teams can use our no code automations, can customize them, or using our APIs, can build whatever automations they want.
