Hey Product Hunters 😊 I’m David, CEO and co-founder at Morgen, the company bringing you TimeTo! Thanks for hunting TimeTo @percival! TL;DR TimeTo is NOT a calendar (we built one and it’s amazing*). TimeTo is a hackable platform that adapts to the way your team manages time. Our AI-powered workflows can help your team unlock more focus time, know what to work on with intelligent time blocking, and so much more. Teams can choose off-the-shelf automations (which you can hack, adapt, and extend) or build and deploy their own using our expressive APIs. Sign up here to join the TimeTo wait list for early beta access! (This also buys you a lifelong discount once we release TimeTo broadly). *see what fellow hunters and users say about Morgen on Product Hunt. ---------------- Collective time & attention management unleashes team productivity Every software development and product team is unique. But consistently, their greatest constraint is their collective time. We know: ◾ Meetings limit our productive time ◾ Focused time is crucial, especially when faced with cognitively challenging tasks ◾ Not everything goes according to plan (sorry PMs... we try!) and reactive planning is hard ◾ As teams, we spend a lot of time planning, coordinating, and scheduling TimeTo applies AI to help all team members find more focused time and clear priorities in a way that is tailored to their team. Here are some top examples of how teams can leverage TimeTo: ✅ Optimize maker time: Not all meetings have to happen at a set time. TimeTo reshuffles flexible meetings to maximize maker time for the whole team. 🛡️ Protect focus: Based on personal preferences, TimeTo will protect focus time by automatically turning off all notifications. ⚖️ Find balance: TimeTo will alert you when you’re carrying too great a load for too long. Be it too many intense meeting-filled days or a long time since your last day off, we’ll nudge you to take a break. 🤖 CI/CD pipelines as a team-mate: Integrate TimeTo APIs in your deployment and test scripts to create an easily accessible universal source of truth to inform your deployment pipelines. ️🔄 Cross-Calendars sync: TimeTo can sync your personal and work calendars so you never have scheduling conflicts again.

Hi 👋, I’m Marco, co-founder & CTO of Morgen. Consider TimeTo the “Zapier of Time”. Instead of connecting web apps, TimeTo connects to your calendar and task management tools, allowing you to create smart workflows that trigger based on various events and actions. 💬 Here is the story In building Morgen, we collected a wealth of feedback along the way. From features requests, help tickets, and conversations we noticed how varied and unique each person’s and team’s workflows are when it comes to time management. One person might want to create a new to-do every time a colleague schedules a meeting with them. Another might want to send a reminder message in Slack listing what everyone will be responsible for in the meeting. Some teams may feel likes meetings are at war with their focused time. They can automate intelligent rescheduling of flexible meetings to optimize focused work for everyone. Yet most time management solutions and AI assumes the same set of workflows work for every team and every person. That’s why TimeTo isn’t another calendar. Instead, it’s the missing point of customization where teams can decide what they want to automate to amplify the way they work. These guiding principles shaped TimeTo’s architecture and design: Modular: Our off-the-shelf automations can be enabled in a few clicks. You can deploy one or many, depending on your team’s setup and needs. Hackable: Every automation can be customised. You can even code one from scratch using our expressive APIs. Universal: Not everyone relies on Google Calendar. TimeTo works with all your calendars and task managers. Let us know what you think!

What's most useful to you and your team?
Chris Campanile
@marco_ancona2 I see ClickUp listed here in your screenshot. Is this a direct integration? Is it only available in TimeTo? I don't see it in Morgen (not counting Zapier).
Marco Ancona
@ccampanile ClickUp in on the roadmap for both Morgen and TimeTo
Alexey
Hi, congratulations 🎉 btw what exact features are built with AI? Everything that you listed above seems perfectly solvable with basic maths
Marco Ancona
@alexey_yar Great point. AI itself is ultimately basic math, don't you agree? And indeed we are not using models trained on trillions of parameters.
Alexey
@marco_ancona2 I agree in a nutshell it’s same maths, but when I read “artificial intelligence” I don’t expect deterministic algorithm with set of if-else under the hood
Marco Ancona
@alexey_yar Ultimately it's a mixture of different approaches, depending on the specific workflow that is activated. For example, for the calendar sync we use a simple deterministic algorithm, for optimising for focus time we solve an optimisation problem (this is deterministic to some extent but definitely not as easy as a sequence of if-else). Other workflows do have a learning component, for example automatic task scheduling is tuned on past scheduling patterns.
Fernando Theodore Kylas
If the TimeTo app is as good as Morgen, then hell ya I'm upvoting. Keep being awesome Morgen Team.
David Tedaldi
Thanks for your amazing support @fernando_kylas! If you sign up for the waiting list I'll make sure you are going to be put in the first group we are opening it to!
Fernando Theodore Kylas
@david_tedaldi1 just did. But could you also push @xaviercoiffic on the same group please? We work together. I'm so excited...
David Tedaldi
@fernando_kylas seems like you already managed to attract his attention ;) @xaviercoiffic great to have you all excited about this! Can't wait to hear your feedback guys!
Andrew Shiryaev
I find this intriguing. May I know when the API will be made available?
Marco Ancona
@ixtora Soon! Do you have something specific to build in mind?
Andrew Shiryaev
@marco_ancona2 I have discovered your API early access request form and I will provide details about my use case in the form.
Shivi Jalota
Okay this looks interesting - congrats on your launch ! but how is it different from say a monday.com or a microsoft teams ?
Marco Ancona
@shivi_jalota TimeTo will connect to monday.com (to know what you need to work on) and to Teams (to know what's in your calendar) and allow you to create smart workflows based on this information. So you can continue using the tools you already use, just superpowered :)
Brenna Donoghue
That's 🎶 to our ears @shivi_jalota! Hope you'll sign up for early access and give it a try with your team.
Anil Matcha
Congrats on the launch team, great for productivity

Dineshan
Launching soon!
First of all, congrats on the product hunt launch. It looks promising, given that Morgen is available for most platforms. I have tried some project management systems, but over time, I switched to pen and paper due to the overwhelming features. How morgen's new features will be different from other platforms?
Brenna Donoghue
@dineshan_sithamparanathan thanks for the questions. In terms of features, there are other platforms that have a mix of some of the features we'll be offering for sure. That said, our approach is very much about letting teams customize the automations that reflect how they work and then layering those onto the calendars and tools they already use (whether Morgen is in their stack or not). In this way, TimeTo is more like a 'zapier of time' - teams can use our no code automations, can customize them, or using our APIs, can build whatever automations they want.
Dineshan
Launching soon!
@brenna_donoghue That sounds great. The no-code automation tool will help create automation quickly. Thank you
