Hi guys, We built Percival, the only fair, light and scalable tool for individual performance appraisals in teams; almost two years ago as a side project after using a prototype in our main businesses and now we have around 1500 users generating $2000 MRR. I would love some feedback on our landing page and also insights on the main problems we currently have: - The sales process is really slow and need a lot of teaching time. We would love to find a way to sell it in a more self-service way. - It's hard to find new leads, most of them coming though some talks we did in events or our personal network.
