The last time I went to a trade show was about 18 months ago. It was also the last time I used a paper business card and realized we are wasting valuable time and resources. So far, nobody has come up with a great solution to a simple problem: how to exchange contact details, and at the same time, make sure we stay in touch. Sure, apps have been made, smart cards have been made, but a seamless solution?
Fast forward to today, Mobilo cards have been used well over 220,000 times in more than 150 countries. I donât understand, how does annual pricing work for a business card? Clearly this is not intended to replace traditional paper business cards that are typically printed by the hundred / thousands. Iâm really confused about whatâs actually being offered?!
@andrew_beshara - great question! Next to sharing your contact details, we offer options to manage teams, get data & stats, connect to your CRM, and 2,000 apps through Zapier. This will help you start automating some repetitive tasks. Within the first year, you're free to cancel the subscription at any time. Your card will start working, but you'll lose the CRM integration and teams management option.

Ordinarily I would order a box of say 1000 paper business cards. Hand them out at networking functions, potential clients and others as and when I see fit.
Now with only 1 wooden business card, how am I giving these people my contact information? Also with the assumption that I've only given a business card and not received one in return, how is my CRM relevant?
Congratulations Pieter for Launching Digital Wood Card. I've been using earlier version of Mobilo card from sometime now and it works just amazing for me.
This is a great product! From a sales perspective, this seems like it will actually lead to more conversions, since the user is adding the contact to their phone. This leads to the sales person telling the prospect to just send them a text, which leads to relationship building.
I go to conferences, and a lot of my cards never get entered or I never hear from the person again. This also has potential there!
@chrisgford - love how you're looking at this, also check out our automated lead generation mode. This will sync the contact/lead straight to your CRM or email automation.

@kenmoo - It renews every year, but only if you need the CRM integration & automation or team management tools. If not, you can cancel at any time and your card will still work.
Very cool, it would be interesting if you also made wood debit / credit cards as well!
@jack_davis7 Agreed - it's just a whole different game. We might add this when the crypto's are going mainstream, I'm sure we'll see some great opportunities in the future.
