Great idea but the interface is pretty hokie. Definitely does not instil confidence. I'd work on so people trust your app more.

Hi @joshuapinter , thanks a lot for your feedback. For the last issue, what's your macOS version? We want to make further test on that. And about the design, we have to admit that we are a two-men's team so far and we even don't have a designer in house. Even though we tried very hard with our ‘nature aesthetic instinct’ to let it comfortable to use, SyncBird still is far away from ‘Pro’ ‘Awesome’ ’Stylish’ tags. For sure, we’ll invite professional UI designers into our startup to revamp the design.

We managed to release our first product after 8 months hard work and I'm excited to introduce it to you :) SyncBird - It's a free desktop app for macOS, which is made to solve common iOS problems, like iTunes doesn’t allow saving music from device back to computer; iPhone is running out of storage; iTunes library is getting bloated by gigabytes of invalid junks, etc. Here are more details for your reference: 1. The first problem we try to solve is to free iPhone from iTunes limits. When designing SyncBird, we simplified iPhone file sync procedure into one-click workflow, which smartly bypasses the blockage of iTunes and saves the troubles of tedious iTunes syncs. 2. Many iPhone users have storage crisis. So we introduced PhoneCare feature in SyncBird, which was designed to clean up all kinds of iOS junk so as to reclaim more free storage. 3. iTunes library also tends to get bloated with unfinished downloads, outdated iOS update files and invalid device backup files. TunesClean comes to wipe out these useless junks and slim down hulking iTunes libraries in one click.
