Hey all 👋, Maker here. After talking to dozens of small businesses and suppliers, we've noticed how hard and archaic their way of work is. Businesses that we’ve talked with kept complaining about how hard it is to find suppliers, about prices changing on a weekly basis, about how tedious it is to keep track of their inventory, about cash flow. On the other end, suppliers are struggling to compete with Big Box suppliers. They struggle to find new clients and are constantly being paid late (sometimes not at all!).
