How do you ensure Tracking emails don't end up in spam folders? Happened a lot with Sidekick by Hubspot.

The freemium model can work but I feel like there's nothing enticing here. I don't think any of the free tier stuff are features I'd want to use even though I live in my email all day long.

Is there a way to install it as an .exe for the standalone outlook? my company's email is not being recognized and even the app center is very functional. Can't get it to install on my personal account too.
