Do you have any data insights from across your customers? Where are people getting the most helpful feedback these days?

@rajiv_ayyangar it depends on their product. Customers with large public presence get a lot of value out of being able to summarize X and Reddit comments alongside their internal data. Products with mobile apps see a lot of value in app reviews. But across all customers, the most valuable insights tend to come from support tickets and sales calls, which traditionally have been ignored in the product process entirely but have a wealth of insights.
