By very popular demand, the Kraftful Repository now shows how much feedback you’re getting from each source over time.

You can filter the chart by source and time range (week, quarter, year).

We’re also continuously improving our analysis. This week we shipped upgrades powered by new large language models, especially great for massive feedback sources (think hundreds of thousands of pieces per day).

Recent updates:

  • We’ve rolled out several updates in the past few months. Here are the highlights:

  • Deal sizes now sync directly from Hubspot to show you the revenue impact of your product work.

  • Ask AI now has verbatim user quotes.

  • New integrations with Freshdesk, Discord, Salesforce Service, Gong, Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot, Reddit, Twitter (aka X), Amazon, and Slack channels.

  • Ability to hash PII on enterprise accounts. Reminder: we’re SOC 2 Type 2 compliant!

  • All your original user mentions now automatically translate to English or your preferred language!

  • Connect Slack to get weekly updates on what your users need or already love posted to any channel.

  • A visual chart of trends across your feedback sources over time.

  • Turn insights into PRDs and user stories and sync to Jira or Linear

Do you have any data insights from across your customers? Where are people getting the most helpful feedback these days?

@rajiv_ayyangar it depends on their product. Customers with large public presence get a lot of value out of being able to summarize X and Reddit comments alongside their internal data. Products with mobile apps see a lot of value in app reviews. But across all customers, the most valuable insights tend to come from support tickets and sales calls, which traditionally have been ignored in the product process entirely but have a wealth of insights.

Love the new Kraftful updates!

The feedback charts and source filters are a godsend for being able to track where user input is coming from and when.

The AI updates are completely making a huge difference, especially with massive amounts of feedback. ????
