🐞 Bugs as a feature!

We’re shipping Bugs!

Yes, but it’s a feature, not a bug 🙃

Your feedback from Zendesk, Intercom, Hubspot, Slack, Salesforce, and Freshdesk now automatically groups into a dedicated Bugs category. You’ll quickly see your most frequently reported issues, along with deep-dive reports for easier debugging.

Like other insights, you’ll know how many users reported each bug, the revenue impact (if your data’s connected), and can click through to see bug reports verbatim, in context.

Also heads up: ongoing sync for these sources (Zendesk, Intercom, Hubspot, Slack, Salesforce, and Freshdesk) is moving from the Team plan to our Enterprise plan. You can still connect and run one historical analysis (up to 60 days) on any plan, so you’ll get a clear idea of how it works. When you’re ready for ongoing insights, just ping our team about Enterprise.

These improvements pave the way for an even bigger Kraftful update dropping soon, designed to make feedback analysis and product planning easier and way more impactful. Stay tuned!
