What motivates you not to stop and keep going with your startup?

I think many people have encountered moments when it feels like everything possible has already been tried and there's no strength to continue. In such moments, I try to reset, think about something else, consider the prospects, find levers of motivation, and carry on. For me, this includes reading, watching motivational movies, or even swimming in a pool to clear my thoughts.

It's also important to surround yourself with a supportive network of people who can offer encouragement and share their own experiences.
I am motivated to continue if I see hypotheses or ideas that can be tested. If they run out, then I will most likely not continue

Think about how it would feel if you quit - do you feel good or do you feel sick to the stomach at the thought? If feeling sick about it, then take a break, get up, and try one more time - one more modified approach. Description of Sam Altman - "he was toiling for years..." Sometimes toiling turns to diamonds.

Not to sound cliché but I never had the thought of quitting, although I recharge by working out at the gym, accommodating random invites and hangouts and even cooking which is a new hobby I just picked up.
