What is your favorite metric btw?
@goshatirov Thanks, happy to be here! I’d say activation is my favorite. It tells you if users are actually getting the value early on. And if that number’s off, it’s usually a sign something important needs fixing.
Can you share any insights you’ve discovered while studying user behavior?
@kirill_golubovskiy one time we noticed users were skipping onboarding and diving straight in. At first, it looked like they were dropping off, but turns out they just wanted to get started faster. We simplified the entry point a bit and metrics improved right away.
