Great Tool but quick question—does anyone have tips on how to format or structure interview transcripts to get the best insights out of it? I feel like mine were a bit messy, and I’m wondering if that affects the results.

Everything, from research design which includes the type of interview (structured, semi-structured, and unstructured), to analysis and report writing is automated with human expert guiding throughout the process. Even more important is turning those conversation to actionable insights to help build a better product and help solve real problems. Insights Agent will require you to fill up a form with basic information such as your role, your product, and your goal. Then it will accordingly conduct the research and deliverables will depend on your desire. We also allow up to two revisions, just in case if you want the output in a different way.

Been using Qualz since beta, the product’s matured a lot. Early issues with mixed-language inputs are mostly fixed now. Just tried it on a recent round of user interviews and the automatic transcription + theme coding is decent. I had themes, sentiment breakdowns, and product ideas. Would love a classroom plan with sandboxed datasets for practice.
