How to use it: 1. Create a channel for Hoya with any name (e.g #hoya, #kudos) or use Hoya in any channel of yours 2. invite Hoya slack bot to the channel 3. mention one or more co-workers by typing their name then the "++" then the achievement they did. as follows: "@Mo @John ++ For the good work they did in the new designs" History: We used to be a small team of 10, We used to celebrate good work face to face by playing ping pong tournaments or having pizza.
