Honest Employer — Completely anonymous reviews of companies

Hello everyone! Pablo here, I'm a big fan of reviews. I don't buy anything without spending some time reading what other people have to say about it. And I used the same approach when looking for a job. However, the main player in this business was not always as reliable as I'd like. I've found many obviously fake reviews but, more worrying, bad reviews that disappeared from companies. In a previous job, we used to complain about our low rating on that platform as evidence that there were issues at the job, management agreed that it was an issue, but didn't do anything for a while. Until one day they proudly announce that our rating is now at the same level that our competitors, so they had fixed all the issues in the company. But when looking a little bit deeper, it just happened that there were a ton of similar looking new good reviews, and old "classics" were missing. I have no idea what really happened, but I lost some trust then. And the straw that broke the camels back happened a couple of weeks ago: https://techcrunch.com/2024/03/2... So I decided to make launch a company review app were reviews are completely anonymous. We can't leak your name or email because we don't ask for it. How do we prevent fake or low quality reviews, then? Using AI to try to pre-moderate each one has given some exciting results with some datasets. Right now, we only have reviews from friends and family, so to protect their identity, until we collect a couple dozen more reviews, no review is shown at all. But the app is ready to start taking reviews and automatically display them once the limit is reached. So please do share your past working experiences! I really like this idea! just to know some experience from former and current employees can make a difference. I however do have some concern of the company posting bunch of fake reviews, also I am missing some companies is this based on user creation or did you import?
