I'm Nathan, co-founder of HomeWerk.
First off, I'd like to say thank you to the legendary @chrismessina for hunting us 🏹
At HomeWerk we believe that the #futureofwork is going to be remote-first so we built a platform to help teams build stronger relationships whilst working remotely.
Last year I spoke to over 200 companies and it was clear that many struggled to keep their teams socialising on a consistent basis outside of an office environment.
Not doing this lead to increased feelings of isolation and a higher risk of burnout.

Nice to see a product aimed towards building relations in a group. We're designed to relate, without this human component our lives aren't complete. Thumbs up 👍

We're super focussed on amplifying employee-to-employee relationships, as opposed to a lot of solutions which seem to focus on employer-to-employee relationships which makes it feel more like work than anything else.
Great product - we've been using HomeWerk for a couple of months now and it's been brilliant.
We're a tight-knit team and talk to each other daily. But since being out of the office it's been tough to get time for interaction which doesn't inevitably turn to work. It's been our favourite session of the week since we started.
The games are great and I'm sure they've got plenty more on the way - Video chat during games makes for extra laughs.
The team is incredibly responsive - thanks very much to Nathan and the gang. Looking forward to where you take it 🙌

This is a brilliant way for our team to do something completely outside of work every week - hilarious quizzes and shedloads of fun
I think this is just the thing remote teams need.
Once a week, instead of a meeting you can have some fun, great way to maintain a healthy company culture.
