We also continuously audit interview data to detect and mitigate bias, and the AI adapts its questioning style based on the role while keeping the evaluation consistent. Multilingual support is in active development to expand access even further.

💡 Bright idea

Wow! Saina looks set to turn the first-round interview into an on-demand, data-rich checkpoint: send a link, let candidates interview on their own schedule, get a ranked shortlist back. I think that for teams drowning in résumés, that’s a huge unlock. 🙌

A few thoughts and questions as I dig through the website:

  • ATS handshake: do you already push HunchScores and transcripts into Greenhouse/Lever? Landing insights inside recruiters’ daily tools would close the loop.

  • Bias guardrails: a public note on how the model is audited for gender, accent, and neurodiversity fairness would reassure hiring teams that speed doesn’t trump equity.

  • Candidate UX: have you considered a 30-second “sound check” or practice prompt before the real interview starts? It could possibly reduce nerves (and false negatives), I think.

  • Custom rubrics: I really like the key-parameter chips; will power users be able to tweak weightings via JSON/YAML or is that on the roadmap?

In any case, this tool is a great example on how Ai can work together with us! 🚀

ATS: Yes, we push HunchScores, transcripts, and clips into Greenhouse/Lever. Deeper integrations are in progress.

Bias: Structured interviews and anonymized scoring are already baked in. A public audit note is on the way - great nudge.

Candidate UX: Love the sound check idea! We have basic checks, but a warm-up prompt is a smart addition.

Custom rubrics: UI-based today, but JSON/YAML control is on the roadmap for power users.
