i love the part where it uses our own API key! how're you saving them and what if they get leaked? congratulations on the launch.

@naveed_rehman Hey there, keys are stored on a aws dynamodb instance and I rotate the access keys pretty regularly — so very low likelihood of some sort of leak. But to be safe, please use a dedicated key that you can revoke anytime. I’ll add a login with OpenAI option if they decide to support it but unfortunately, api keys are the only option for now.

I am looking for something like this....will check it out! can you describe the user experience just to give an idea of function before signing up? eg in gmail do you have to copy and paste incoming message to get a reply and paste that back in?

@simon_s_j Hey Simon, yes you forward the message to ask@helper.email with your command (like “reply to this” etc) and helper will respond to you in-thread with the result. Then you copy and paste into the compose window make edits and send as usual 👍

Hey hunters! Built this little project to scratch my own itch of wanting to use GPT for email on my phone. It's a thin "assistant" wrapper using davinci-003 that you can interact via email :) Hope you enjoy it 🙌
