Hello Hunters! We’ve been working on an integration between two of our products – LiveChat and HelpDesk. And here it is! Join them together to create an effective system for providing support to your customers. LiveChat is a powerful tool for managing communication with your customers. It helps over 29k companies to support and engage clients across multiple channels such as on-site chat, social media, in-app support, and SMS. Quickly respond to questions and proactively engage your customers with custom greetings and eye-catchers. HelpDesk is a web-based ticketing system. Manage emails from different inboxes and create tickets to deal with more difficult cases. Automate your workflow by sorting messages in an effective way, giving them status, and assigning tickets to the right agent. Use them together to easily create tickets from chats when the issue is too complex to resolve right away. HelpDesk will then provide support agents with information about the case and allow them to collaborate and communicate within the app by adding private comments to a ticket. When a company like LiveChat is integrating two products, it must result in something incredible. And this is all about this integration - it's light and smooth, has a lot of features which are not available in LiveChat without HelpDesk; finally it's extremely useful! Keep up the good work 💪

Excellent extension to LiveChat app 💪It gives you more options than the normal 'Tickets' section (rich text editor <3) and I hope HelpDesk will be developed at the same pace as now - LiveChat is on the right track now.
