@sathish_shanmugam1 positioning is decent - but it seems to cater to all of businesses. I think you might want to narrow down
@sathish_shanmugam1 @maha_lakshmi_b I believe the same, especially when the team is in-house. What if I need a serious infographic for a B2B today, and chapter icons for a YA Fantasy novel tomorrow?
One concern I often have with online design services is revisions. What's the policy for refining designs based on user feedback?

@simran_puri We try to handle revisions in 24-48 hours. We have set order intake forms to maximise inputs from the customer so that the first draft of the design works 99% of the time.
