More details - 1. Once you're on Hired - your complete profile, including full name is displayed to hiring companies. On Workey- we're anonymizing your profile completely so you can see who is into you without knowing your name. 2. When you signup to Hired, you build a profile and wait for companies to approach you. Workey provides a discovery experience and two-way marketplace - Companies can apply to you based on your anonymous profile but in addition to that - we compare your data to millions of others to show you concrete suggestions for career opportunities in real time. You can thumb-up and signal the employer that you're interested or thumb-down so our AI can refine itself. 3.
