Gitcoin Requests is a way to support your favorite open source projects on GitHub. For Hacktoberfest, Gitcoin is adding bounties to a bunch of issues in your favorite OSS. Just login with github and submit an issue to give a project a boost.

As a maker here, I'm excited to see Gitcoin Requests on Product Hunt. The product is simple -you just make a request for a Github issue to get solved. The magic is in what happens next; a worldwide network of developers see the issue, apply to work on it, and contribute to open source while getting paid.
