It's World "Digital Learning Day" and previewing something I built to help students learn to read and learn a language (English for now but teachers can copy all books, translate and republish in any language). It's an ongoing project - click the webapp I developed (on an Amazon instance for now - http://54.201.246.35:8080/) which used the gifs from books to allow students to study individually. We have over 55,000 gifs tagged as language "ideographs". Idea is to help students learn with really cool content that they WANT to read. I'm interested in feedback and making connections to help grow this tool I've built with TLC and bootstrapped cash (P.S. I'm a successful developer and edupreneur - this my latest side project).

We just launched an LMS for registered teachers. Assign books for students to read. Assess books students write. Invite students and make student accounts (COPPA safe), get reports. Teachers can download worksheets for each of over 3,000 books. App to be released later next week. Native apps and webapp for studying English with individual gifs ....... appreciate the Product Hunt community's feedback. Students really need this kind of tool to support their reading.
