The many competing theories and mantras tend to blur together into a fuzzy mixture of buzzwords and boasts. However, there are some important ideas amidst the confusion that have the power to help entrepreneurs plot a steadier course toward success. Having put these concepts into practice with many of our clients at AirDev, we decided to articulate our favorites in a simple five-lesson guide, so they may be clearest and more accessible for those looking to validate a concept.
