Nice to see innovations in this field. The problem for all of the qr art generator released the past weeks is that they use already existing control net, but the need of luminance and positions of squares for a qrcode to be readable is precise and not at all "the whole black square must be black". We released an open source model with a space on hugging face that does the same and often better : https://huggingface.co/spaces/mo... We also released a closed source version with a demo here https://qrcodemonster.art
What do you think are the benefits for this type of visual QR code? I'm struggling to find why this makes sense - we know that when we see a QR code, we can scan it to open a URL. If the QR code is no longer easily recognisable as a QR code, does this hurt conversions?
@tsmith92 That's why we keep the outline of the qr clear. On the other hand, would you prefer just a black and white qr on a colorful promotional poster or a qr that matches the theme of the poster? Especially brands might have a chance to attract attention this way? Or just for fun :)
@bugrahannk Thanks for the answer - I'd prefer a standard QR code (perhaps colour matched) so that it converts well because I'd worry that if we didn't make it look like a QR code, it wouldn't get used
This is cool! I also loved the simplicity of the website! Congratz on the launch team.
