But I will still suggest to validate this before going full fledged into it. One of ways to do it is run a 5-day sprint to ideate, design & validate. Also being a product designer, I will suggest you to avoid taking validation on idea. Idea validation is a trap. People might say they like an idea (like I said) but when you develop and give to them, they might not use it. That's because people are not very aware about what they want but they are more sure about what is their problem or pain point. Rather try to find their problem around video news consumptions ex. - how do you consume news online? How would you like to improve your experience?
