you have to accept that there is no ‘perfect’ work-life balance, it is not always possible

When you work, you just want to work. When you leave your job, you try not to think about work. Try to improve work efficiency and reduce overtime

Stick to the timings you have dedicated to work. Work life balance is a mindset, one needs discipline thats it. :)

Just understand that working is part of your life, and not that living is part of your working schedule, and everything should fall in place by itself.
