Because in business you should face that only you is responsible for your success. It's you who make decisions, is you who make actions and is you who responsible for results of your decisions and actions.
It's natural for people to feel scared when starting a business because it involves taking risks and stepping into the unknown. Fear of failure, financial insecurity, and the pressure to succeed can all contribute to this hesitation. However, it's important to remember that fear is a common emotion experienced by entrepreneurs, and it can be overcome through proper planning, support networks, and a mindset focused on learning and growth.
. Lack of experience: Many people lack the experience and expertise needed to start and run a successful business. They may not know how to develop a business plan, raise capital, market their product or service, or manage employees. This lack of experience can be a major barrier to entry for many people.
Because we never see people starting a business in their garage. We only see those companies once they've become successful. It's so easy to look around and feel completely out of your depth because we can always find someone more competent than we are. When we see someone less competent, our brains gloss over it.
Starting a business can be intimidating, but often it is the fear of the unknown or fear of failure that holds people back. As an entrepreneur, I believe that breaking down big goals into smaller, manageable steps and focusing on the learning journey can help overcome those fears.
Majority of the times it's fear of failure. The disappointment that ensues when we fail not just in ourselves but in our family, friends and in society(aka leading to judgment and being indexed as a "failed human").
