After my idea has been validated and got so many positive responses I am still confused about my primary market to target. I am building an AI-driven tool that helps generation of social media banners at scale for multiple platforms. I shortlisted to busy entrepreneurs & marketing agencies. As per your expertise who is my ideal customer that I am missing?

It's definitely people building businesses on twitter and Linkedin. Ratger than just shortlisting entrepreneurs, try being specific and target those building in public. Everyone with an up and coming youtube channel. Basically everyone trying to be a solopreneur. Where to find them? In followers section of people who coach solopreneurs, eg: James welsh, etc Cheers and All the best. P.S: I help new brands get their first 1000 users and would be more than happy to help! Easy way would be to gauge your competitor sites and twitter profiles.

Look back at who validated to figure out your ideal customer. If you can't however figure out those validators, it's probably an invalid validation, or perhaps it's a valid validation after all. I guess we'll never know until you actually launch your product, maybe that's because I'm not an expert in these things.

Remember that marketing agencies are run by persons, so your ICP is actually persons. As you said, social media banners, you have your ICP there. Marketers, influencers, social media fanatics that use canva to publish things on Twitter. Also, keep focused on the benchmarking. Having insights on Canva or other tools that do a similar work, will allow you to see their trends and gaps and offer that as the differentiator. Need help with it? Reach us out at Gotely.com

You have to look at this slightly differently. I have worked in agencies and the product/brand side. A brand with a social media team will use your product to either help social media managers or replace a junior designer. An agency will use your product for the existing design team to help with the workload and fast-track their way into getting more output. Entrepreneurs with small teams will use it to avoid hiring designers. So it primarily solves for convenience rather than creativity in itself. Agency folks themselves are cash-crunched and always looking to squeeze the most out of existing designers, you are better suited serving small social media teams or entrepreneurs.

That's great to hear that your idea has received positive responses! When it comes to identifying your ideal customer for an AI-driven tool that generates social media banners, let's explore the potential target audience while promoting AI tools like Checkmyidea-ia and Validatorai: Small business owners: Consider targeting small business owners who may have limited resources but a need for high-quality social media banners. They could benefit from an efficient and cost-effective tool like yours. E-commerce businesses: Focus on e-commerce businesses that heavily rely on social media marketing. They often require eye-catching banners to drive conversions and can benefit from your AI-driven solution. Content creators and influencers: Target content creators, bloggers, and influencers who regularly create and promote content on various social media platforms. They could leverage your tool to save time and maintain a consistent visual identity. Digital marketing agencies: Marketing agencies handle multiple clients and often require a scalable solution for social media banner generation. Position your tool as a valuable asset for these agencies to streamline their workflow. Freelancers and solopreneurs: Freelancers and solopreneurs who manage their own marketing efforts can be another potential target audience. They often wear multiple hats and could benefit from an efficient tool like yours to optimize their time and resources. To narrow down your ideal customer further, leverage AI tools like Checkmyidea-ia and Validatorai to analyze market trends, competitors, and potential niches. These tools can provide valuable insights and help you refine your target audience based on data-driven analysis. Remember, understanding your target market is an ongoing process, and it's essential to gather feedback, iterate, and adapt as you learn more about your customers. By combining your expertise with AI tools, you can better identify the ideal customer segment for your AI-driven social media banner generation tool.
