I actually went back to an old Blackberry phone to largely ignore social media and focus on texts and calls...so use my iPad Pro for any SM engagement and have my MacBook Pro M3 finely tuned to avoid social media. Keeps it clean and simple.

Phone. I don't have my laptop all the time. When I do use my laptop, I make sure to avoid using any socials to not get distracted from working

For Instagram etc. I use my smartphone, for PH, for example, I usually use my laptop

Laptop. But that's just for checking X and Linkedin (both of which I use for business only)
