When do you first check your social media after waking up?

After 30 mins or 1 hour

No electronic in the first 30 after wake up

I try to take 3 hours before opening any socials, ideally. When social media it's your job having some screen time off feels like a mini vacation 😄

It depends. On weekends I might check it later, but when I have work on the weekdays, it might be later during the day.

3 minutes after waking up, usually in the washroom. You know, doing 2 things at once.
